CERAMIC FIBER SPRAY

Heatec Ceramic fiber Spray combines bulk refractory fiber made from alumina-silica Constituents and other refractory oxides with an inert, high temperature inorganic binder. The fiber and binder combination are sprayed onto the surface to be treated and cured in place,it's asbestos free.

Heatec Ceramic fiber spray is applied to furnace and wall, kiln shells, boilers, ducts, and processing equipment by delivering a predetemined mixture of fiber and binder with a fiber spray machine. This blend can be applied in a wide range of thicknesses, typically 50mm~250mm.

The advantages of refractory fiber linings for furnace, and othre heat-treating equipment have been well established. During the two decades in whitch refractory fiber have been successfully utilized, first in layerd blanket construction and then as modules, manufactures more and users have continued to search for an even cost and performance-effective method of applying the material to the furnace wall.
